Inquiry: weekly meal delivery

Cancellations, deposits & replacements

I’m a small operation and rely on you to book your event with the understanding that when I commit to catering an event or enter into a meal delivery agreement I also decline other clients inquiring to book on the same dates or wanting a meal delivery set up on scheduled days per week.

For catering events I require a 50% deposit upon agreeing to the proposal and payment in full 5 days prior to the event date. I will not be able to book staff unless a deposit is submitted. The date is not confirmed until a deposit is received therefore I cannot commit to the date being available for you. We love working with our clients and making every accommodation we can but we cannot reserve dates unless a deposit is given.

Food prices are ridiculous and inconsistant. Should certain products become much higher than originally calculated in your proposal, we reserve the right to notify you of a price increase to cover things.

For Meal Delivery clients: we commit to delivering your meals each and every week agreed upon and rely on such to keep our lives going. Please give a two week notice should you go on vacation or not need a delivery. Less than that we will charge for no notice cancellations. For reusable glass and plastic containers, please return everything clean as in squeaky clean(we like using the top rack in the dishwasher to cut the grease) and not damaged or broken. Containers returned with missing lids or cracked and damaged edges will be replaced and charged for those replacements to keep your meals going.
